The next stage in our process, after we have identified a position that you are interested in, is a further discussion either in person or via video. During this stage, we are assessing your core competencies. We will also discuss the position, and ensure that you are fully briefed with all the knowledge of the organisation and its culture. We will provide detailed feedback after the assessment or interview.
