Our History and Mission

Established in 2006 by a group of highly experienced outsourcing business specialists, Apodi is a high-performance outsourcing organisation that identifies and implements innovative access strategies to ensure that appropriate medicines get to patients.

Our history begins with the two founding directors of Apodi Lynne and Tony Swift, who started out in 2006 providing a variety of outsourced services to small and medium sized companies. Originally operating in finance, human resources and recruitment. In 2010, with more staff on board including Lynn Jeggo, Gillian Fachiri and Sharon Sunley the focus of the business shifted towards the pharmaceutical sector, filling the need for high quality, tailored, outsourced services that challenged the existing status quo and provided a strong return on investment.

With the addition of Steve Kerridge and Mark Murphy to the board, Apodi was then positioned to be a premium outsourced provider with its extensive management experience of designing and implementing high quality, results orientated, outsourcing solutions. The Apodi Healthcare offerings, whose roots were back in 2010 have proved to be a clear differentiator in the market place.

We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical industry to improve patient care and patient experience in a wide variety of settings and services including primary care clinics, patient support services and nurse educational programmes.
