The WOW scheme is designed to help identify high performance results and behaviours in others and recognise the people that make a noticeable difference to those that they interact with.
WOW is not just about business results but also the high performance behaviours i.e. “how we got there”, or should we say “how they got us there”!
Following careful consideration of the nominations received, we are delighted to announce that the latest winners of the WOW awards are:
Individual Category – Leigh Deakin – Recruitment Business Unit
The nomination made for Leigh states:
“Leigh has truly demonstrated the behaviours of our high performance model and made a noticeable difference to the clients and candidates on the recent team build and beyond. The Company has received excellent feedback from clients and candidates examples of which are:
Client feedback - “Hi Jo Just thought that I would send this on to you - excellent feedback on Leigh’s work from a happy customer – “Apodi have done an excellent job for me in my day job over the last year providing a number of exceptional candidates that we have taken on”.
“Well done Leigh and thank you so much for doing such a great job, especially given what else you have had on the agenda over the last month, the feedback received from this new client stated - “We have been extremely happy with Apodi’s help and advice and will definitely use them for our next appointments.”
Candidate feedback - “Over the last few weeks I have been liaising with Leigh regarding a role. Leigh is very efficient and her communication is excellent – she always returns telephone calls and e-mails promptly, even when she is unable to obtain information requested. Aside from this, she has a most engaging personality which has made this process all the more enjoyable. Over many years of dealing with agencies and contract sales organisations, I have, I’m afraid become a tad cynical and taken the view that many are like estate agents – a necessary evil!! Apodi are very much the exception in this case and I wanted to make you aware of this.”
Team Category – CQC Preparation Team
The nomination made for the cross-functional team states that:
“The CQC preparation team (cross functional) pulled together and worked really hard to ensure we were ready for the inspection. We were given less than two weeks notice (over the Christmas period) to be prepared for the visit. On the day of the actual inspection, the full team were all in the office early and were available for questions and requests when the inspectors asked. It was really great to see the team working together so well."
Great Work everyone !
