At Apodi we celebrate great employee performance the WOW awards are just one of the ways we do that.
The WOW scheme is designed to help identify high performance results and behaviours in others and recognise the people that make a noticeable difference to those that they interact with.WOW is not just about business results but also the high performance behaviours i.e. “how we got there”, or should we say “how they got us there”! Below are the latest WOW winners
Individual Category – Sandra Austin – Teams Business Unit- February 2018
The nomination made for Sandra states:
“Sandra was emailed last week by one of our Client Managers to say she has been nominated for a Client Company Award. This is the email: “Dear Sandra, Our Company have a system whereby we can recognise a peer, team member, or a colleague within or outside of our organisation who has exhibited exemplary behaviour. One of your client colleagues has nominated you and would like to recognise you for “Passion”. Since joining the team you have shown enthusiasm and persistence on your area by going above and beyond to identify opportunities to provide education in key target surgeries that we cannot access otherwise. Although your area was new to you Sandra, you have networked well to hit the ground running, focusing on our product and her targets. Thank you, Sandra.” A big well done to Sandra !
Individual Category – Richard Brett – Teams Business Unit- January 2018
Richard received several nominations for the award all of which stated:
“Richard volunteered to become Actis champion for the Cygnus team and proactively helped many of his colleagues during their first 2 weeks of onboarding to get up to speed with Actis (the CRM system) by running refresher training sessions for them. As a result of him going the extra mile his colleagues got up to speed quickly and feel confident to accurately record their activity (by which the team is measured by the client).” Great work Richard Well Done!
